
Camping Regulations
Briefly Discussed
• Camping is allowed in designated camping areas only.
• A designated disabled person’s camping block is available.
• Regrettably no camping sites may be reserved.
• Urinals & temporary chemical toilets will be available. Bring your own toilet paper.
• The vendor area, where takeaways can be purchased, is located near the stage.
• Emergency Services: Medical staff will be on duty. An ambulance will be on standby.
• Terrain water is safe for washing only, bring your own fresh drinking water or
purchase bottled water from the vendor area.
• Observe TOTAL silence from 11 pm to 5 am. Please respect and obey this rule.
• No chairs will be provided, please bring along your own camping chairs.
PROHIBITED
• NO open fires in the camping area (including a weber). ONLY Gas cooking equipment
may be used within the camping areas.
• Open fires are only allowed in the COMMUNAL BRAAI AREA.
• NO Alcohol, NO Drugs, NO Weapons.
• NO MOTORBIKES other than arrival & parking.
• NO QUAD BIKES.
• NO DRONES.
• No VENDORS unless approved by MMC.
• NO PARKING IN FRONT OF DESIGNATED AREAS and GATES.
• NO LADIES ALLOWED FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
• LADIES ARE WELCOME SUNDAY 15 SEPTEMBER 2024.
GENERAL INFO
• Cellular reception: Fair reception at the venue.
• Cold water showers available.
• Bring personal items such as hand sanitizer, a tent, a sleeping bag, and mattress, a pillow,
towel, camping chair, toilet paper, toiletries such as toothpaste, comb & razor. Also
bring your own crockery, cutlery, 'skottel' braai (& matches!), Bible, notebook, pen, hat,
sunscreen, TICK REPELLENT (Peaceful Sleep Spray), camera, rubbish bag for your waste,
food (or purchase from vendors) & an expectant heart!
• Day visitor parking is available for each session.
• Designated disabled person parking available next to the stage.
